LUGGAGE HANDLING

  • Luggage should be brought to the room only after being sanitized.
  • Guests may leave luggage in the hotel's luggage room free of charge. The hotel is not responsible for valuables, passports, money or tickets that are not taken into custody.

RESERVATION POLICY

  • Reservations must be made via email or whatsapp message, which will be confirmed by the same means upon receipt.

CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY

  • We guarantee availability on the requested dates once we receive the back up of the amounts credited to our account.
  • For cancellations 15 days in advance no penalty will be charged.
  • We do not offer reimbursement, the value or transfer made will remain as a credit balance for a next reservation.
  • In case of NO SHOW we will charge 100%.
  • Payment: All reservations are 100% prepaid, by cash deposit or bank transfer.
  • ADDITIONAL CONSUMPTIONS WILL BE BILLED at check out.
  • If the payment is made by credit card and due to force majeure the reservation is cancelled, the client will assume the value of the commission paid by the card.
